Clients with the following ailments will be advised to get

a doctors note before receiving IV infusions: liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, CHF, currently taking any diuretics, have any fluid restrictions, are pregnant and or breast feeding.

Failure in be honest with the medical form could result in serious complications.

what's iv therapy?

“IV” stands for intravenous, “intra-” meaning within or inside and “venous” relating to the veins. Thus, IV therapy is a method of administering fluids directly into the body via the bloodstream, which serves as the most efficient way to deliver hydration and essential nutrients to your body.
